I booked a smoking/pet friendly room and was told when I got there that all rooms were booked. The room we did get some this was non-refundable was in poor condition and the A/C didn't work not did the TV remote. The front was under construction and I had to wait until someone showed up to check me in and they didn't even check my ID just asked my name. Not very professional. Ample parking for large trailers.

I really wanted to leave a stellar review. Check in was reasonably easy. Didn't get a printed receipt, although would have liked to have had one. Rooms were clean, but smelled like heavy cologne. The door to my room looked as if someone had tried to pry it open, there was compression marks on the door jamb so bad I could see into the hallway with the door closed. On the door was a sign encouraging you to lock the deadbolt "for your safety". Mattress was thin, and pretty lumpy. Not a fan of that. Fridge and microwave were great, coffee make not so much. I like to have a couple cups of coffee in the room before I head out. There was a keurig coffee maker but no K cups for it. Instead there was a basket filter with coffee in it. I tried to make due with hot water and maybe brew by pouring hot water over it. I poured water in the keurig, and it instantly flowed out the bottom! Leaky coffee maker with wrong kind of coffee provided. That really ticked me off. No one at desk at check out. Left my key card, a little upset about the room coffee and the poor nights sleep on the wonky mattress. Saw they had coffee in the room by the front desk so tried it. Tasted old and bitter. Had to stop at mcdonalds to get a freaking cup of coffee. I get "remodeling" but some of this was just poor planning and poor value even for a budget hotel. A decent mattress and a working coffee maker in the room would have made it tolerable.

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff. Wasn’t excited to hear the crews start working around 8 am outside as they are building something right next door.

Didn't have much of a breakfast which was disappointing, but the rooms were well kept and the service was good. Air conditioner wasn't the greatest but it worked.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Nice selection -large and small waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage, yogurt, bananas, oranges, cereal, list goes on. Pool and gym looked nice. We didnt have time in our travels to use. Will definitely stay here again.
