Our room was clean and I do want to stress that the staff was llvery nice and is doing great job maintaining the place. Our grievances are more towards the management of the hotel. The room we got (can't believe what we paid) should probably be written off and not allowed to have guests in. The sink was not only outdated to the point of looking very unpleasnts, the water was dripping 24/7... More like trickling not dripping. So wasteful. The room was supposed to have a microwave and a fridge and there were none. The place is dated, it is understandable and we didn't expect luxury but what we got was almost self degrading. Was absolutely not worth $200/night. We needed to book the 3rd night and chose to go somewhere else.

This is an older Inn. No problem with that at all. However, our room was not serviced the next day. Apparently, the check in person did not ask us to fill out a form to have our room serviced. The next day, the gentleman at the from desk quickly explained to us that he did not really care what happened when he was away from the Inn. He did tell us he would have our room serviced the next day. He did give us towels. I really expected more from a high priced place to stay. We did get pay for the King Suite Other than that sticking point and thorn... if was a good stay. The place across the street... Yhe Edge was our highlight. Not the Inn.

This is not the place to stay for a good night's sleep/rest. The noise from I-90 went on all night long. The hotel is not installed for sound. The room above us sounded like we were sleeping under a herd of elephants. Doors slammed all night. The hotel was booked with a ton of construction workers who had no consideration of the noise they made going and coming from their rooms. I will not stay there again especially at over $200.00 for the night.

Great location and very helpful staff! Loved coffee shop downstairs.

Hotel was fine and staff were friendly. We had second floor room. There was no passenger elevator. We were able to use a very small and slow freight elevator to move our luggage. We chose to find a different place to stay on our return trip through Missoula.

The Gibson Mansion was fantastic! It's a beautiful and unique spot in the heart of Missoula, Montana. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Paid almost $300 for a room the value proposition is not there
