East Central Kansas Vacation Packages

Stayed on a Thursday evening, not many of the eating places were open. Not much staff around. Older security gentleman at the casino entrance was extremely nice! The morning cleaning crew was extremely nice! Staff at check in was very helpful. Staff at check out was was not. Very clean place, comfy beds. Plan on walking a distance to or from car to room.

The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The carpet in the room and hallways was filthy. The furniture in the room was peeling. Chairs in lobby were dirty. Front desk staff was never at desk. They hung out in a back room. At 7am a patron had a question and was banging on the back room door for about 15 minutes. No one came to help her. About 20 minutes later the worker came out stretching. Obvious he had been asleep. Will not stay there again. I have stayed in way better in Kansas City for about same price. Breakfast was decent.

The Inn at Meadowbrook was a lovely experience. It’s a clean and spacious property with exceptional staff. The Verbena restaurant on site is particularly good, patronised by guests and locals. One amenity I really enjoyed was the “Bevi” water dispenser on each floor, complete with an ice machine. Still or sparkling water with a choice of flavours was on tap. This was really appreciated as Kansas was experiencing extreme heat at the time.

Really cool aesthetic, very clean, and had a nice bar!
