I was traveling with my daughter on a college visit and the hotel was perfectly located, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed for a short one night stay. Perfectly no-frills. I would definitely stay there again.

The Landing Apartment was great. Perfect location, clean and very walkable to explore the city. Only small thing is I would have liked something in the shower to put your toiletries on. Otherwise it was perfect and the food hall across the street was an amazing bonus. Would definitely stay there again!

There is no one onsite to help with any issues. Their response was someone will get back to you with 1-3 days which clearly isn’t helpful.

Overall, clean room and community areas. The staff was very friendly and greeted us. We had a couple of days when housekeeping didn't make it in, but we were able to get what we needed from the desk. You might want to enjoy making U-turns, but it was not bad, easy access to the highway.

Water pressure could be better. Would like to see a magnifying mirror added to the bathroom. A/C was GREAT!

The room I was initially assigned had a strong smell of fresh cleaning detergent, so I had to ask to switch to another one. The worst part of staying at this hotel was the airport shuttle service. When I called from the airport, no one answered despite multiple attempts. I tried calling from another phone, and someone finally picked up, telling me the shuttle was very busy, the driver was currently unreachable, and they couldn't estimate a pickup time. They asked me to call back in five minutes for an update. After 15 minutes, I called several more times—first from my phone, then from another—but no one answered either time. My family, including two young kids, ended up waiting outside in the heat at the shuttle pickup area for 40 minutes before I finally gave up and took an Uber to the hotel.
