I stayed during extreme cold weather event. Water was off, but was quickly restored. Breakfast offered next morning was a hot breakfast. Room was clean, quiet, and everything worked. Will recommend to others!

Very clean and modern hotel with comfortable beds. We especially liked the airport shuttle and ability to park our vehicle here at no charge while on vacation and will be staying here again on our next trip when we fly out of Tri Cities.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in/check-out was fast and efficient. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and breakfast room was neat and clean. Good variety. I would stay here again!
