It was an awesome experience for our entire group (2 families inckuding 3 kids). We even got a complimentary upgrade which made our trip even more great. The food service in the restaurants (Palm Kitchen and Varq) was very good and the food was excellent & very flavourful.

It was unfortunate not to have any towels placed in room on second day of stay. Took two calls to reception for towels to be brought to room. Not what you expect in a hotel of this standard. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good and service excellent.

Faced quite a few issues with the hotel upon checking in, one of the nights the meal we had was really bad but upon raising these complaints with the front desk, they eventually managed to fix and the second half of the stay was much better. Feel like they get overwhelmed when busy and then service and quality lapses in certain instances.
