Specious apartment, but bedroom AC blower was so low that you can’t sleep in evening. Keys were disabled twice, kitchen roof started leaking.

Les photos des applications sur le site sont tellement belles que la réalité... Nous sommes arrivés, on avons eu une chambre, qui n'avait rien avoir avec celle choisie et lorsque nous avons demandé, on a dit que c'était la même catégorie donc on devait s'en contenter... Les poubelles ne sont vidées qu'a la fin du séjours (sérieusement), nous avions 11 jours et nous devrions tout gardé jusqu'à la fin du séjour? Aucune personne n'a été là pour expliquer le fonctionnement des appareils, l'espace n'était pas propre (on dirait que ce n'était pas nettoyer (aspirer avant notre arrivée). A part, la vue qu'offrait l'appartement, pour nous le personnel comme le séjour n'a pas été une belle expérience

Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay. The staff is welcoming and check in was easy. We had the 2br with downtown view which was a lovely extra touch worth paying the additonal cost for. The apartment was massive and super clean, had all the amenities. Getting taxis into the city is easy and cheap. Food and grocery deliveries come straight to the door.

We was family from 5 people , we enjoyed very much in the apartment , the apartment was very huge, comfortable, quiet and contained everything we needed like microwave, espresso machines, refrigerator and cooker , the apartment was near of everywhere. The location was very good. We were close to the Dubai mall, a 10 minute taxi drive. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very nice and quick to response to any concerns. Overall a very good stay!

Everything was absolutely amazing and we’ll definitely be coming back here whenever visiting Dubai. Rooms are just like you see in pictures if not better. It’s more of a family friendly place and feels like home with a million dollar view. I believe city view rooms are way better than ocean view because ocean is like 2 miles away and the burj view is stunning.

We came for a 2 week family vacation & the property itself was wonderful. The apartment was specious, the views were incredible, and we were close to everything. My family & I enjoyed our stay. One thing I did not like was the cleaning. I reserved the cleaning for a time frame according to their availabilities, we stepped out to give them that time, upon our return, the cleaning was not done. I called and they sent someone to do it, late at night but the job was not done properly & we had to pay out of pocket. For the cost, I'd have like a better cleaning but overall great.

Excellent location since easy to get to almost all visitors points. Very nice and spacious. Great staff and very helpful. One thing would be great if units are remodeled but other than that excellent place. Feels just like home. I definitely will stay at Sonders again for next vacation to Dubai 😊
