Comfortable Stay

I didn’t get food from the restaurant as the prices were high, instead I found meals at reasonable prices at walking distances. I wish they had a microwave in the room. The beds were small but very comfortable and they cleaned every day, it is well maintained Definitely worth the stay and would stay again. Laundry is available but is expensive.

The hotel in itself was nice and clean and in a good location. I had booked it for 14 nights with it being a VIP hotel. Unfortunately at check it all went down hill. The person who was checking me in was quite rude and dismissive and would. It honour the ViP room upgrade. I travel to Dubai often and always boom a VIP hotel to take advantage of the free room upgrades. Previously having stayed at millennium group hotels they upgrade me without me having to ask. I ultimately cancelled my stay at the Rove Dubai marina due to the staff member that was checking me in and with all the messing about with the upgrade. I had to ring Wxpedia myself and then Expedia rang the Rove and they still would t honour it so I cancelled the booking and stayed next door at the First Collection hotel which I have previously stayed at and should have just booked in the first place. I was charged the city tax for the full 14 nights at Robe which I have still not received back. This may be a good hotel but due to staff unfortunate I would not recommend or stay here in the future.

Firstly I went room at floor have some maintenance with low occupied no reason, with found ant walking on table then requested to change. Secondly. Request hair cap, teeth brush. Operation says not have... Of course is basic things need in hotel. But can't forget how staff were amazing in welcome, smooth check-in, check-out.
