Lots of noise from the construction happening nextdoors and there are no noise proof windows on either side of the building, you will have a hard time getting some good sleep. Also, we requested a pair of scissors and they couldn't provide them as they only had one pair and wanted to use the scissors for us, which was very strange. Unsatisfactory stay, there are better options in other hotels.

Hotel confortável com atendimento espetacular

Atendimento muito cordial de todos os funcionários, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade, quarto amplo e confortável com água cortesia por todo o tempo da hospedagem. Vista linda, piscina muito gostosa, toalhas de praia, academia completa, bastante entretenimento dentro do hotel (dois bares com opções muito gostosas de comida e bebida, além de boliche e jogos). Localização próxima ao Burj Kalifa, chegávamos facilmente de táxi. Realmente recomendo fortemente o hotel!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and had a mixed experience. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a great area, which made it convenient for my stay. However, I faced a few issues during my visit. First, I had to complain twice—once about the room temperature and once about changing the room, which unfortunately couldn't be accommodated. The staff did promise a partial refund for a room upgrade as compensation, but it has been two weeks, and I am still waiting for it to be processed. While the property itself was well-maintained, the lack of timely follow-up on customer concerns left me disappointed. I hope they work on improving their responsiveness to ensure a smoother guest experience.
