One&Only Royal Mirage offers 451 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature iPod docking stations and DVD players. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning. Dining is available at one of the hotel's 7 restaurants. The property also offers a snack bar/deli. Our stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage was simply amazing. The check-in process was super quick, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The attention to detail here is on another level — from the beautiful lobby to the thoughtful welcome gift. We were even surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay extra special. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and just what we needed. Can’t wait to return for another escape!

The property is beautiful, but everything else is pretty underwhelming. There is an awful smell in the hallways, some combination of sewage and intense cologne. The check-in experience was very slow (about 25 min with no one else even in line). the service workers are all friendly but they seem new and nervous. Granted, they are working really long hours. The restaurants other than the breakfast buffet were always empty and kind of sad. I’d prefer to stay at Al Qasr hotel up the street next time.

Pure luxury from start to finish. Amazing staff and attention to detail in a beautiful resort well served with a nice variety of restaurants, bars and exclusive beach. We stayed in the Arabian court section and everyone was polite, welcoming and helpful which made for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this resort/hotel.

The property is very nice, all the facilities are kept in good condition. The only downsides were breakfast options were limited, the service around the pool took a long time. On one occasion we received used condiments to a room service order.

The hotel is beautiful! You want to take pictures of everything inside and outside. The room was gorgeous and very big, and the bathroom really nice . The staff was extremely helpful and nice. If I could give a “11” out of 10 I would . Outstanding.

They charged me extra 175 aed Because i booked 2 adults initially and I ended up coming alone with two kids so they charged me extra for one more kid. They never gave me an upgrade, even though I get an upgrade with my Expedia status. There were never taxes on the staff seem to be very confused about getting me a taxi which took too long Very poor kids club Also, there’s no adult pool. It’s only one noisy pool for kids. Don’t get me wrong I have kids, but I also need some time alone at an adult Absolutely no music or entertainment at the pool and Beach For what I paid, I’d rather stay in many many other hotels that offers way more than this hotel

I had a multitude of issues which I bought the management attention and they dealt with as best they could. I won't go into specifics as they did try to deal with them individually however one thing I feel you should know is there is a huge amount of construction noise around the entire property which really sport experience for us.
