The hotel was nice and clean. Comfortable for the short stay. However, the airport shuttle was not organized. I reserved the room for my parents. I emailed the property regarding the airport shuttle prior to the reservation. They assured me that there’s a free shuttle available on regular intervals from and to the airport. My parents had to wait an hour for the shuttle at the airport, which was very exhausting for them after a long flight. They eventually took a taxi and had to pay. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I had a very pleasant stay. Staffs are lovely, Easy check in and check out. They can keep your luggage too at check out if you still want to explore the city for a few hours before your travel back to the airport.

Great property and it was very clean. Amenities were good & the staff were amazing! Always helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Chef Muhammad for bringing us fresh & warm gluten free bread each day. It’s awesome that this was provided with the breakfast. Thank you very much. Only one complaint: It was very hot & 9 of 10 pool umbrellas were broken making it hard to spend time enjoying the beautiful pool area:(

The staff were very accommodating on our early morning arrival after a 16+ hour flight. We were offered , without having to ask, an early check-in. There was a small wait while housekeeping cleaned a room for us, but it wasn't long before we were in our room. The buffet breakfast included in our room rate was great. The swimming pool on the 1st floor was also well maintained and staffed with lifeguards.
