Staff was great. Parking lot and entry was icy and slick in spots. Went to breakfast buffet and they didn’t have anything left. They were under staffed for the number of guests.

We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The room was spotless and the staff exceptional! The Diamond Belle Saloon was awesome too! The private hot tub experience was delightful! I will be going back and I will tell all my friends about this place!

The resort was excellent. Clean, tons of amenities. Workers were pleasant. Room was comfortable. Did have a surprise bill at the end where they charged $60 per day for valet and $50 per day for resort fee. This should have been discussed beforehand.
