The room was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

It was not too bad. Hotel is dated but front desk staff was unprofessional and was careless with my personal information while checking in!

Locations was perfect and staff was helpful & accommodating

Everyone was friendly & informative! We truly enjoyed out time there !

The beds have divots where people have sat/laid watching tv. The bed was so uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep, woke up with the worse back pain. Anything/question you had for the person at the desk, they had to call the manager by phone because they couldn’t answer. Should have known it was not going to be a great stay from the time we arrived as when we’re were checking in, the couple in front of us with a reservation confirmation was told “ sorry, we over booked, we have no room for you.” - didn’t even offer to call around to other local establishments for assist with their mistake. This place/company may be fine for some but we won’t be staying at an independence stay again.

We stayed in the Eastwood suite and it was very nice. The entire property is clean and comfortable! However, the Eastwood suite is RIGHT next to the road. It’s just very loud and if you’re not used to that, it’s rough. We would probably only stay again if we were in a suite away from the road. Beds are super comfortable so that’s a bonus. Very convenient to Houghton (just across the bridge).
