The refrigerator was broken. The sheets where dirty. Everything else was okay.

Very friendly, convenient location, very comfortable

The price we were charged was for the premium glamping trailer. What we were assigned to was the cozy glamping trailer. The price charged was twice what the cozy option cost. Everything in the advertisement and the selection we chose was for the premium option so the initial price was not a surprise. When we got to the assigned accommodations, there was major disappointment to say the least. Next time we will call the property directly to avoid disappointment and overcharge.

Beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches.

The room smelled. The rug needed shampooing, The bathroom was outdated and a hole in the baseboard and the sink was stained. When I went for breakfast I requested for waffles dough and the lady said that she can not carried. Coffee was awful and there was not eggs at all. So you can not call it breakfast. The staff were polite at least, but not very helpful. The swimming pool was with broken basketball and dirty towels on the shairs. The counter by itself with a phone to call.

Easy check-in, walking distance to amenities

Breakfast is exceptional and dining area kept very clean. Housekeeping is only every other day and not spelled out at check in. Some receptionists are not very communicative or helpful. Exercise room and pool are great amenities. Very centrally located, convenient to grocery store and supermarket.
