I Ioved this place overall and so did my son he did not want to leave.

I really enjoyed my stay at Westgate Resorts in Florida! The newly renovated room was absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean, fresh, and smelled amazing when we walked in. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made the stay even better. The staff was also wonderful—everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and welcoming. You can definitely tell they put effort into making their guests feel comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and was very pleased with the renovations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great customer service! I would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Perfect is an understatement! Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. It makes my stay wonderful every time I visit. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is my go-to hotel in Orlando!!

The breakfast was terrible; they simply put out bread, boiled eggs, coffee, juice, and butter—that’s it. The breakfast area was cold freezing—so cold that people wouldn't stay there. Housekeeping only cleaned the room every three days. The pool is old and in need of maintenance. They display a photo of a different pool, but that one is for guests who pay a bit more, and they only let you know about this when you arrive. It was awful; I do not recommend it.

Our family absolutely loved staying in the cottages. It was nicely updated and so much space for everyone to spread out. Although we didn’t have time to use them, the waterpark passes are a nice bonus. I’m sure we will likely stay here again when we are back in the area.
