If you are booking last minute for Lake Ohrid and you need a room with a bed and a bathroom at a reasonable price, this is a place for that, but not much more. It's about 5 minutes downhill to the nearest beach and to town. Uphill is a climb and doable for the able bodied, but not recommend for those with mobility issues. The owner will kindly offer pick up at the bus station; take him up on it as you won't find this place on your own. Lake Ohrid in general is lively and has a great vibe, don't miss it when you are in Northern Macedonia!

This was an incredible place to stay, the owner is extremely hospitable and my stay overwhelming amazing.

AC wasn’t working during a hot summer day, and had to leave early to find a place with AC since staff couldn’t fix it and told us it was working.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und bot genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch: Ein großer Supermarkt ist in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleineres Geschäft sogar schon nach drei Minuten. Bis zum Strand läuft man gemütlich etwa 15 Minuten, und auch die Straße mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés ist in höchstens sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

It had a good AC-unit, fresh bedsheets, comfortable beds. Very good communication with the host, fast replies and thorough instructions. Good price and close to a nice beach, a little outside the city center but no more than a 15 minute walk. Something we want to pinpoint is that the bathroom was slightly unpleasant. The shower had no curtains and no place to hang the shower head on, so it got really messy in the bathroom.
