It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)

Excellent location and service

The location is not good for tourise. Quite far from the old town. Plus the hotel is bit old.

One of the worst 5-star hotels in the world, no greeter at front entrance, long delays for service, suite not in the best shape, decor items worn, turkish sauna (hamam) doesn't resemble actual hamams, hot spa was closed, pool water was pretty cold, many TV channels didn't work with bad or no signal. On the upside, the included breakfast was great.
