Very clean! Conveniently located.

A quality BnB, with a welcoming hostess. Terrific Continental Breakfast Plus -even homemade banana cake! Wide selection of coffees/teas, boiled eggs, yogurt, baked goods, cereals. We enjoyed staying here very much, but it is out of the way for visiting the national parks. It is about 40 minutes from Moab. But the scenery is so lovely that we didn’t mind the drive at all. Lots of good restaurants in Moab, but twice we chose to have light suppers with frozen dinners from the Moab grocery. You have free use of the huge kitchen, sitting room, dining area, and tv lounge.

Our recent stay was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered severe issues with customer service, a staff member named Brooklyn was dismissive, extremely rude, and unprofessional. The state of the room was revolting and unacceptable for any guest. The accommodations were filthy, with visible stains scattered throughout the room, dead moths, and most alarming of all, active bed bugs. Discovering pests in a hotel room is a serious hygiene and health concern. Given the atrocious service and horrific cleanliness standards, I strongly advise other travelers to avoid staying at this property.
