The rooms were dirty we found candy bags behind bed . Pieces of a game. The rugs were dirty.

The hotel and staff was a very nice place to stay. Expedia needs to let people know that there is an everyday “service fee” per night when staying in Boston. This equates to a local tax of $35.00 per night. That should be included in the online price to make travelers informed of extra expenditures.

Chic decor, comfy rooms, great staff, excellent restaurant (Contessa). The only things that weren’t perfect were longish waits for one of the three elevators, and 40 minutes to get breakfast room service ( so I advise ordering breakfast the night before to make sure it arrives exactly when you want it).
