Gorgeous aesthetic! Very fine and artsy atmosphere.

We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the convention center was an easy 6 min. walk. Check in and check out simple. We walked to the church, Burbon street, and the dock for a dinner cruise and to the coffee house serving New Orleans famous benignets;all on the Riverwalk. So, it was a great location. My husband and I were happy with our stay.

Good location for walking, beds are good in building 5, are was it 8, anyway, the building they like to pretend may be hunted. There are no spirits there, unless you bring a bottle yourself. PARKING, $40/night, they say "drive in drive out" but not true, They take your keys, parking area in middle of the complex there is so small valets park cars behind cars so you can see your car from window, walk right up to it, but are unable to use it. Would be great if Owner would not charge so much, since they Do Not have large parking expense to cover. $20 and customers could feel better about generous tip for Valets. Clean place with (1) buy 1 get 1 drink. voucher. Owner.? are you one that can be open to suggestions.? AND throw in a breakfast voucher.:-)

Really enjoyed this hotel! Great for family’s or groups. We had a family wedding and I forgot to bring a light up travel mirror for getting ready. But there was a big mirror in hallway we where all able to use. Very nice and roof top bar was a plus with such friendly bar tenders. We will be back!
