- location is pretty good, most of the places in town can reach within 5min driving distance. There are plenty of restaurants/local food stall nearby.
- very limited car park, if not mistaken is just less than 10. So far, we still manage to find parking if we go out at night but reach hotel by 9.30pm.
- very limited room facility, e.g: no kettle provided in the room. If you need hot water, you need to request from check-in counter. I think it's a disadvantage for family with infant/toddler. Basically the room facility is just hair dryer, safe box and a few clothes hangers.

We were concerned because the hotel had some pretty ordinary reviews. In fact it was fine. It was clean with the linen changed daily, and although the bed was hard, the majority of mattresses seem to be hard in southern Thailand. It was a good base to wander around Satun and close to street markets. Bathroom and toilet worked. For the price, no complaints. Would use It again.
