Returned here, after staying here 18 yrs ago. Nothing had changed, it was still the elegant classy hotel I remembered, and even better. Facilities were well maintained, staff was courteous, attentive and well trained in every aspect of guest service. Food at the restaurant was top level, in a city renowned for it's culinary offering.
I will return and stay there again.

I stayed in the Casa Andina Premium in Arequipa last year and it was far and away better! Casa Andina sent me a link to "iPrefer" and I joined based on their request. The hotel did not honour this and I had to produce the email. There were no upgrades or additional features. The first room offered was unacceptable and we asked to be moved. After consulting with the manager we were then offered high speed Internet ( as shown in the iPrefer card). I thought our stay included breakfast - they said it did not (54 soles per person and not great). There was no complimentary water and no amenities. I am not sure why they call themselves "Premium".

The staff makes everything easy from check in to check out. The food is fabulous and the hotel has an old world charm to it. Modern, comfortable and rich in history. Close to the plaza to walk and enjoy fine dining, see the sites, shop, feed the birds, and a park across the street.
