My wife and I can't say enough great things about Rocabella! When we go back to Santorini this will certainly be the place we stay and have recommended it to many friends and family. We love the seclusion Rocabella provided since it is between Fira and Oia but loved the ability to walk into town and enjoy the shopping and food. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the hotel ambiance was spectacular. We would start our day off with an incredible breakfast provided by the hotel and can't say enough good things about the staff. Konstantino's made sure every one of our needs and expectations were met. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. You will not find a better hotel host in the business! We highly recommend grabbing a pre dinner cocktail while watching the sunset and then enjoy a world class dinner. Great times were had!

My husband and I had a pleasant stay here at Epavlis. It's listed as a 4 star hotel, but to UK standards it's more of a 3 star. We were given a complimentary room upgrade for the first 2 nights, but then moved into our actual room. Although it was nice to have been upgraded to a deluxe room - which included an unobstructed sea view and jacuzzi (which is cold by the way) - I would have preferred to just have been in our normal sea view room for the week as the move was a bit inconvenient as we had to be out of our upgraded room by 11:30am and couldn't be in our new room until 2:30pm.
Breakfast was okay, it was a varied continental breakfast. Quite a bit of choice for everyone. You could choose to eat outside or inside which was nice.
We were fortunate enough to have WiFi in our room even though they don't advertise the rooms as having it. Only the pool and reception gets WiFi but if you have a sea view room, you're generally near the pool so you can still reach the WiFi. We were in room 101 for the first 2 nights and then room 139 for the last 5.
The hotel is on a steep hill and if you're on a top room like us, like 4/5 flights of stairs. So it does get you a little out of breath when you finally get to your room! It's not that bad though. Most of santorini is on hills anyway so it's almost good exercise!
I don't think I'd stay here again as I'd like to try another hotel to compare, but I would recommend this hotel to first timers. It was nice enough!

Elena Hotel was just inside the pedestrian area of Mykonos town. It was an easy walk, almost straight line, with a few wobbly bits, to the port area. This is important because the beautifully paved laneways do go off in all directions and it is easy to get lost. The whitewashed buildings are stunning in the summer light. While quite an expensive island it is really worth a visit even if you are a " mature" couple. The incredible archaeological site on the nearby island of Delos is worth a visit, in fact it is the reason we went to Mykonos in the first place.

Great location downtown. Quiet with the exception of being on the airport departure path but no flights at night. Very small elevator but ok for two people with two suitcases. The restaurant is on the top floor (6th) however you get off the elevator on the 5th and climb the stairs. Good food (limited menu) and attentive service. Taxi to the Airport was just under 15 Euro.

The staff here, especially those ladies at reception are incredibly kind. My son became ill while here and the only thing he could think of that he could eat was chicken soup. When I asked if they knew where I could find some, they called the kitchen, had them thaw a chicken and make the soup which they delivered to out room! It was wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a sufficient variety of food choices. Little store directly across the street for water, sodas, snacks, etc. Good restaurants in the immediate area. Location within easy walking distance to city center with shopping, many more restaurants, archaeological museum, etc.
