Outstanding little property about six blocks from the main plaza of the old part of the city, which is what you want to see. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit spartan compared to American hotels, but the charm and beauty of the central courtyard outweighs this.
Breakfast is traditional Mexican, complete with refried beans, corn chips, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices every morning on the buffet. All meals can be ordered a la carte also, and are amazing; especially the huevos rancheros!

The hotel has excellent support personnel. They returned a smartphone we left behind with timeliness, efficiency, and great attitude. The breakfast was great. Only downsides were musty carpet smell in one room and loud music on weekend in parking lot for sales promotion of local store that is partnered with hotel.

Property is large- rooms are a bit dated but clean- good a/c, hard beds. Hotel more a 2.5 than 3. Breakfast was good but mostly the same each day- but good variety. Restaurant menu fairly limited for lunch and dinner and quality not all that good. Large hardworking staff- but not particularly friendly. Wifi rarely worked anywhere in the hotel- front desk seemed tired of trying to reset the router.

Super friendly staff, clean for being in the middle of the jungle, nice little pool. Across the street from a good, economical restaurant. Colectivos to ruins stop right in front of this hotel. Definitely rustic but perfect for travelers on a budget.
