The hotel is conveniently located, close to Ezeiza with a free shuttle. There were some rough edges, like moldy shower grout, a bathroom door that would not shut close, dilapidated playground equipment, and slow food room service. The room service food was very good, and reasonably priced.

It is a little hard to review due to being in the middle of renovation. First off it is not a ihg currently. Essentially not attached to ihg or company going to during renovation. Ask to not be on has station side as there was very loud music until midnight. It was also hot due to them not having air working and couldn’t open winDow due to noise. Overall it was clean and it appeared the staff was doing there best with the conditions they were dealing with

Overnight stay between flights, very accommodating front desk staff, we arrived after 3 AM and there was no problem getting late check out for our afternoon flight that day, the room was spacious and very quiet, black out curtains worked well for the late wake up we needed. Shortcoming- no good coffee in room, had to go downstairs to purchase coffee in the morning.

Wonderful hotel and spa

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet was good. The free shuttle was a nice feature. We were grateful to be given a late check out. We spent additional time at the wonderful spa before our late night flight. Overall would recommend highly. Good value and quality.
