There was work on the boiler which meant there wasn't water for most of my stay. No notice prior to booking. BUT EVEN WORSE, the work lead to a horribly loud sound at 3:30am that woke up the entire hall. And it kept happening. Then hammering against pipes. I called the front desk and he said "there's really nothing I can do." Wrong answer. No word at check out. No asking how my stay was. This probably won't be an issue for most future guests, but this stay was terrible.

My view from my second floor room was of parts of a metal roof, air condition pumps, pipes, etc. I mean come on im on the second floor and this is what i have to look at. No free wifi- you have join the hilton honors club in order to get it for free. REALLY! Its 2026 Hiltons. This review is for the Hilton Gardens in Highlands Ranch Colorado. I will say on a positive note thst the rooms are well kept and clean.
