The staff were wonderful! We arrived very early morning after driving all night, and the staff did everything they could do to accommodate us - even telling housekeeping to let us sleep and not disturb without being asked. The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, good breakfast, and great coffee

Stayed 4 nights over my grandsons birthday. Changed from nearby hotel to this one solely due to advertised indoor heated poo. Pool as well as the room it was in was freezing making it unusable. My adult daughter mentioned this fact to the front desk only to be told we could pack up and go to another property if we weren’t happy. Not good customer service! Also during our 4 night stay our room wasn’t turned down once nor were addl linens given without asking at the front desk. On top of this we had a live wasp in our bathroom. Breakfast was hit and miss with their pancake machine only working one morning.
