The first impression walking in was great — the lobby looked nice and the front staff was friendly and welcoming. However, once I got to the room, things went downhill. There were quite a few stink bugs, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the tub was stopped up. The room also didn’t smell very good and had a faint hint of smoke. On top of that, the breakfast was disappointing and not worth it. Overall, great staff and lobby area, but the room cleanliness and quality need major improvement.

Poor cleanliness and poor routine maintenance. The entire place needs a good deep cleaning. The room smelled of mold, either from the poorly maintained in-room air conditioner or the moisture from the indoor pool across the hall.

The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpet in front of the mini-fridge was heavily soiled and needed cleaning. Everything else was clean, fantastic, and in excellent working order. We had a comfortable stay.

My stay was disappointing overall. The property was not clean — the bedding had stains, and there were numerous stink bugs and flies. I had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was decent, but there were a lot of flies in the dining area, which made it uncomfortable. The one positive aspect was a staff member who was kind and helpful, and I appreciated that. However, the most concerning part of my stay was when another guest was mistakenly given a key to my room and walked in while I was there. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was very nonchalant — just a brief “sorry,” and no one followed up to ensure my safety or comfort. Overall, I stayed here out of necessity, but it was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t choose this property again.

The hallway reeked of cleaning fluids. The bathroom was dimly light - the bathtub was dirty. There were only two towels. The bed was awful - it sagged to the middle, was too soft or was it just wore out? The fitted sheet was off just sitting on the bed - again was it wore out? The bed was a ruffled mess to sleep in. The air conditioner was loud all night long. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not as Expected!

I was very disappointed by this hotel. When we checked into the room it smelled awful, a mix of weed and stale air. Bedding was ok but pillows had a smell to them as well. when we went into the bathroom we found a dirty rag still hanging in the shower. The most disappointing experience however would have to be the breakfast. We got down to the breakfast area early on the second morning and saw the employees putting fresh food on top of food that had most definitely been there since the morning before. Needless to say we won't be going back.

Quiet and comfortable

Reading the reviews I was expecting a horrible experience. Its a 2 star hotel, I don't expect it to be posh. The room was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were floppy but there were enough to pile together. Overall a very pleasant stay, i would book it again.

Over charged my credit card. Breakfast was not good, coffee is bad. Unfriendly staff. Garabage not picked up routinely. Never saw house cleaning. Grass needed cut and trimmed. Peope setting in vehicles in the back lot at all hours doing who know what.
