Horrible super loud music and car wheels squealing in the parking lot late sat night and Sunday morning. Unable to sleep. Terrible pillows like bricks. Broken hair dryer. Requested a replacement along with new towels. No delivery. Will NEVER stay there again.

I booked a double queen room. To save on occupant space not realizing it would cost more, because I didn't think to ask. The bathoom floor was soaked after plugging the bathtub drain to soak my feet. Julia was wonderful and cleaned it up for me. The event space in the PPG room was entirely too cold. I would give this place a second try if the need arises.

A hidden Gem in Decatur IL

We stay in Decatur frequently and don’t know by we never stayed here before. The lobby is gorgeous & the staff super friendly. The free breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve encountered in our many travels. Our room was clean and comfortable. The facility has some wear on it but it was still a fantastic stay.

booked and pre paid for a king room with sofa. I was not given that kind of room as they said they were sold out of them. odd part is the parking lot only had 6 cars, not sure how they could be out. my only option was to take a 2 queen room that would have cost me more. front desk staff refused to call the manager at 9:45pm so we could figure out a solution to the problem was only offered to take queen room and manager would let me know what the rate would be in the morning lol. NO lots of nicer hotels priced the same in the area.
