The pool water had no chlorine, sheets had stains, air conditioning worked seldomly, room had an odor, there were bed bugs in some of my family’s rooms. Staff was great, however the facility is a no.

The only good thing about this hotel was oddly enough the bed slept great, but the place REALLY needs a serious makeover badly! Not sure if the AC units have ever had the filters cleaned either.

Front desk performance was excellent. Just a reminder to ask cleaning staff to double check bathroom cleaning when done. A minor oversight, but it happens to the best of us. Otherwise, all excellent.

The property was well laid out and well taken care of. The only thing I noticed was a couple towel hangers could be tightened up and the building exhaust fan for all the bathrooms did not seem to be running. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was great!
