Be aware: there is no elevator, only stairs. Place was clean and quiet. Check in was fast and friendly. The AC never did reach our ideal temperature and the sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was meh. Fine for the price.

Poor condition in general. Carpet was dirty, wallpaper peeling off the wall, our room had a sewage smell in bathroom. Sheets on one bed did not look like they were changed. Young lady at Front desk was nice. Coffee in Lobby not hot. I would not stay here again.

There was a sprinkler malfunction overnight causing the fire alarms to go off and something to beep outside our room all night. They also had to shut off the water in the middle of the night to keep the sprinklers from going off in everyone's room. Given the maintenance issues that were ongoing, the staff was amazing and did everything they could to accommodate the guests and cause as little inconvenience as possible but it was still really hard to sleep so I couldn't give it 5 stars. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Carpets could really stand to be vacuumed, though.
