DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE! I arrived at night in the pouring rain after a long day of driving. The office was locked, with a note on the door saying to call this number. When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other arrangements?!?” He shrugged it off, saying, “That would be something for the day shift to do. I’m the night shift.” I now see that this place has multiple listings on Expedia, and lots of other people have had my same experience. Expedia is “working on” getting me a refund, but they can’t get in touch with the proper representative at the property. (Shocker.) I made it clear to them that they need to remove this property from their page. Any positive reviews are clearly a sham. The employees at the gas station nearby said a bunch of homeless people stay at that hotel. Save yourself the headache I just went through and steer clear of these scammers.

The room was in disrepair/unfinished, bed linens did not look clean, television did not have reception. We did get rest but staff and cleanliness, and amenities could definitely be better..

We were amazed by the cozy cabin with jacuzzi tub which was perfect for our anniversary!! The property was clean and gorgeous!!! Well managed. We loved the mountain coaster and going to see the local waterfalls and other sights. Lots to do very close!!! We will be back

The room served our purpose, but it left a lot to be desired in terms of property maintenance. The restaurant was closed for construction, etc. The best part was the breakfast bar!!!

The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

Very clean and nice. Would definitely recommend it. Our room was a couple doors down from the lobby so we could hear some noise from the lobby. I light switch at the door would be nice. It was a late night check in and the room was dark. We had to turn the bathroom light to find our way into the room to turn the lights on at the bedsides
