They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!

The staff was perfect for the most part . The room could of used some better cleaning , also found 2 roaches while we were there ...

It's important to remember that this is a budget property, so when I write about "amenities," it's in that understanding. My room had a desk, a chair with footstool, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. There were outlets and charging ports on each side of the bed, which is a really great modern upgrade! The only thing that it didn't have that I would expect in a higher-priced room would be a coffee maker. The bed was nice, the sheets were comfortable, the AC worked very well and was easy to operate. When I checked in, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. In fact, her great attitude was very refreshing after a long drive. She let me know about the breakfast and asked me to let her know if there was anything that needed taken care of, or if I needed anything. All I needed was a clean place to sleep that night, and this is a great place for that. If you're just going to be sleeping there, it's a good value for the price.

They did not recognize our service dog resulting in giving us a terrible room and charged us $57 extra. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was not clean with a terrible odor. We have never experienced a situation like this and we travel often with our small hearing assist service dog. Don't stay at this hotel!!
