We can’t review the hotel facilities since we didn’t stay. The front desk employee was very nice, and canceled our reservation. Our decision it was for a different reason, very important for us.

The manager Rosie and the front person Veronica should not be working with the public. They should just be in the back room they could care less about customer service. It’s the kind of service that you would expect in a prison setting lol You name it it was including having fish tanks all over the front desk and in the reception area and then shoving coffee machine way back in the corner nice dirty fish tanks, so charming

Just know that this is simply a rebranded “Motel 6.” I’m not sure what was “Studio” or “Suite” about it. Rooms have been recently remodeled. Exterior of building is incredibly dilapidated. Ice machine was the only amenity I was looking for and it was broken.

The room was clean. Overall, considering the price and stay, it was good. However, it was a little noisy due to the trains. I heard the train horns multiple times in the middle of the night, which was quite disturbing.

The area feels a bit unsafe although we never did have any issues occur. Seems like a remodeled Motel 6. Clean but absolutely no extras.

Very disappointed. The room had a very harsh smell of smoke. The lock on the door did not work. Had to put a chair in front of the door. Not that it did much good. The lamp shade was busted. Advised the front desk of what was going on. They did not some to care much. They did not have any other rooms of the same size open. They said they could put a machine in the room for the smell but we could not be in there. Well I’m not sure where we were supposed to go. They were also in no rush to have maintenance come look at the lock to see what was going on. We will not stay there again.
