We liked this propery. Its updated decor, the good breakfast, carpetless floors, its cozy outdoor sitting areas. It was really enjoyable. We did read other reviews about the lamp charging ports not working and we found this true but brought in our own phone chargers and had no issues. Also want to add that the showerheads deliver AMAZING pressure!!!! Would come back just for that feature alone!!!!

Great Stay

Our stay was pleasant. The hospitality was great and accommodating. Expedia didn’t book us a pet friendly room, but we called ahead and they accommodated us without a fuss. They really were a dog friendly hotel (even for large breeds). They cleaned daily while we were out and restocked the necessities. The water pressure will knock your socks off.

Corbin is a historic town BW hotel is a chain hotel on interstates Had issue at check in over reservations made online through Expedia. Charged extra for moving to a king size bed and ground/1st floor. Was not informed this at booking

Very old. Needs updates. However it was clean. The shower is newer and works well. Efficient for a night or two but I probably won't stay there again. Didn't have food there so can't rate it. The eating area was old and felt dirty.

Was the savings worth it!

My review is more about the reservation with hotels.com and this Best Western. Hotel itself was ok for an overnight stay on way home from visiting family. Made reservation via phone (wanting to use soon to expire reward). No issues there. Arriving at the hotel we were told that a room on the first floor would be $25 more because we used a third-party vendor for the reservation. They save the first-floor rooms for people making reservations through Best Western. (Biggest issue - access to rooms from outside and no elevator). And they were not very subtle about the third-party vendor reservation! I would probably never be in the area again, so I am not concerned about the hotel, but I am concerned about other hotels penalizing you for using hotels.com.

1) The pool needed cleaning, dirt and debris on the floor that was irritating on the feet when swimming/walking into the pool. 2.) beds were hard and I like a firm mattress, sheets/bed skirt were stained.
