The pool was nice put needs more lounge chairs by outdoor pool. Had no towels available for pool. Was nice for a couple of days. Room stayed in was nice but needs updating.

We booked two nights here. This place is horrible, whoever left 5 stars didn't stay here overnight. Yes the scenery is beautiful but the rooms are so bad. Small, outdated,

Be ready to wait about an hour to check in also no signs about having to sign waivers but you do . Had a 2 bedroom and size was great but if you close your door the room gets HOT bring a fan . Also CHECK the room we found no soap in dispensary, empty coffee packet and by the bed an open condom ..check the room! Try to stay on 3rd floor because only 2 elevators working and they have 6 floors so you’ll be waiting

When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. The place over packed, not enough staff to accommodate everyone, they’re nickel and dime you paying $25 a day when last year they didn’t. The bartenders in the outside area seemed to hate their jobs and didn’t like to be bothered, they would ask you to go to the inside bar instead once there they would ask you to go to the outside bar cause they had no straws, or the computer wasn’t working. Taking their time to make one already premade drink. The outdoor pool closed at 6:00 pm on the first night. I asked their text number when will the pool open up again and they said shortly. But it never opened up again. We make a reservation in their Fire and Oak restaurant, they said they would text us when ready, we got the text proceeded to the restaurant and were seated. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress. Once we gave her our orders, she came back 10 minutes later to say they had run out of stuff, like salmon, French fries, didn’t have enough wings for our appetizers, etc. When I asked their waitress to tell me what they DO have? ahe gave me a dirty look

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early & they accommodated that by switching our rooms to some already cleaned.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and bed comfortable.

We had a very nice stay. The room was comfortable and had a balcony, it was nice to sit out in the cool evening air. The staff was friendly and professional .
