The main reason we stay at this property is for the location. Being able to walk to the concert venue is worth the price! The rooms and hallways have a smoky/musty smell, but always seem to be fairly clean. I personally wasn’t a fan of the complimentary breakfast buffet, but others seem to enjoy it! I will stay there again next time we attend a concert at Simmons Bank Arena.

Liked everyone on hotel staff. All very friendly and like family. Room was clean and odor free. Was there for 3 weeks and would stay there for another 3 weeks anytime.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Ate in the bar area of the restaurant. Good variety of food offerings, I had a very good club sandwich.

The place was very affordable so that’s the bonus. Sketchy neighborhoods close by and a lot of sketchy guests.. however, it was very quiet. If you get a non Smoking room next to a smoking room then you’re definitely going to smell the smoke. Ac did work but definitely could use an update. TV’s worked but connection was poor and constantly cut in and out. It rained once when I was there and the WiFi stopped working completely. Call phone service was good. No free breakfast.

Great place but don’t let the pictures fool you. There’s a musty smell and the top cover is a sheet. Overall if you’re just wanting to put your head down and shower. I recommend it.
