The person at the front desk when we first checked in was not very warm. The room was okay but had damage to the floors and a crack in the shower. The room was clean but just seemed a little old and dingy. The phone plugs on the night stand did not work. Would be better if it was a smart TV. Online, it said there was a hot tub on site but there was not. Breakfast was hot and fresh (eggs, sausage, waffles) along with some baked goods, yogurt, and cereal. Good but nothing to write home about. We were there for one night which was fine but I would not have wanted to stay longer.

The front desk attendant was very unpleasant, the first room I was put in smelled like smoke, and it had a leaky water faucet in the tub. The second room is better. I asked what it would cost me to just go to a different hotel, and the attendant said the full amount because I already agreed to switch rooms. I did not appreciate her tone, condescending and snarky. Not the best customer service.
