Place seems pretty new. Easy access to the airport. We had breakfast at the restaurant.. it was good, service was good. Only negitive thing was the bed was a little hard, but normal for most hotels.

Very clean and quiet

The room was very clean and we had bath towels, we needed to ask for hand towels. The staff was very nice. The property looked clean. There was plenty of parking. This pool was very small and not maintained well at all. Breakfast was small, but complete. I would stay there again.

I book a stay at the Centennial on Spokane on August 22,23. I rented two adjoined rooms, 1103-1105. When we arrived on 1103, the sheets had makeup and other dirt marks on them. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned. We reached out to staff and they agreed to change the sheets before we returned. After swimming in the pool, we returned to our room and, while changing, I could smell a “sweet smell” coming from 1105, my children’s room. When I went to see what was causing the smell, I found my 9 year old twins playing with a cigarette vape. Neither my wife or I smoke. The vape was left in 1105 by a quest or cleaning staff presenting a serious health and safety risk to my family. The comforter in 1105 also had blood, large dark streaks and dirt on it. I spoke with Alisha, the hotel manager and she assured me that my room would be comped. She never replied to Expedias attempts to contact her thus no refund for this horrible service. 0 out of 10 for Davenport Hotels and Centennials policy of fake apologies and sloppy house keeping. If you were to stay at this hotel. I would bring a sleeping bag and throughly check your room. I will post pictures online of the sheets and comforter.

We felt spoiled, was away from the hussle and hurry of town, but still close enough to go do some of the adventures CDA has to offer.

The size of the room was massive, including the high, loft-like ceilings. I loved the abundance of firm, standard sized pillows and the comfy bed. The pebble-tile on the shower floor was a cool touch. We loved the convenience of the Prairie club plaza and how it had a great coffee shop/bakery for a morning treat on our way out, a delicious restaurant that we could order room service from, and a late night store for last minute snacks. We took a long walk around the beautiful property and enjoyed the free concert. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Silverwood.
