Beautiful hotel in the centre of the old part of Como near all the places of interest , restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and efficient- even remembered which room we were in when returning. Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is extremely charming and is absolutely fantastic: Absolutely central in the city with almost everything within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious and so quiet. We couldn't hear any other guests during our three nights stay. The location is perfect just a short walk from the lake, the ferry terminal, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s ideal for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

A great little hotel, in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Como. Super friendly and helpful staff and great little car park at €20 per day. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty & in the summer is served within a cute little shady courtyard. Dinner is also served there and the menu looked very nice and the restaurant was always busy, so it must be good I would definitely give it a try on my next visit. We had a lovely spacious room and the bathroom was perfect for my husband and his Wheelchair. It was room 210 if you are a Wheelchair user. I will definitely come again Thank you for all the staff for making our stay so pleasant

The place is exactly as described. Excellent location to food, shopping, trains & ferry. Felt very safe in the neighborhood with gated parking. Staff were super helpful. The place has kept the wide steps but also has elevator. There were no fridge in our room but they let us store food in their fridge and safeguarded. The water kettle and air conditioning units in the room worked very well. The complimentary hot & cold breakfast items were perfect way to start early morning as not all venues opened early.mornings. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Can’t beat the location, minutes away from lake como and about a 12 min walk from the train station. Staff was friendly, got to check in early, room was clean with nice view into terrace. Breakfast was solid and checkout at 11 was very nice. Got to keep our bags there even after check out.

It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!

Lovely hotel

Hotel was in walking distance to the train station, funicular and piers. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. No fridge or tea making facilities in the room but other than that everything was very good.

I was very happy with the hotel, given it was a pin-in-the-map exercise back in the depths of winter! It might, perhaps, be considered a little dated but that's not a consideration for me. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location was perfect, bang in the middle of town. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

A perfect spot tucked away in Como.

Close to the cathedral and the lake this is a wonderful spot for easy access to Como. I would have given all 5 stars but 2 more pillows and access to an additional blanket in the room would have been ideal. The temperature in the room was a bit cool for our liking given the recent dip in temperature on our end be night stay.

Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price.

Conveniently located close to train staion, buses, ferries, shopping and just across coop. Initially booked two nights ended up staying three 😊 Thanks to Claudia for great customer service. Would recommend staying at this place. Only thing to note is that shower is very small and it is okay for petite people but not for everyone.

Couple from NY first time in Lake Como

We had a wonderful stay. Big very very clean room & bathroom with coordinated hand towels. Beautiful crisp hypo-allergenic bed sheets. There is a lift. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Very convenient location. A few steps from restaurants, 2 blocks from The Basilica del Como, 2 blocks from piazza, 2 blocks from shopping/stores, & just $12.00 by taxi to San Giovanni train station. The staff were all kind & wonderful ! I will stay there again!
