Breakfast was very good-fresh waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage patties, eggs, cereal , bagels and muffins. Pool was a comfortable 84 temp and pool towels available Staff and check in and out pleasing. Beds comfortable. The hotel sits directly behind Bob Evans on the south side of Delaware on route 23.

Have stayed here many times while visiting Delaware when our daughter was attending Ohio Wesleyan University. Super convenient only a 5 minite drive away. Hotel staff is always polite, friendly and super helpful. Hotel is clean & rooms are decent size. Rooms are always clean & well maintained. Can use some upgrades & water pressure in shower can be a bit better but a good choice if looking for an inexpensive decent hotel in Delaware area. Also good if you have a pet.
