We arrived at 4pm & we were switched to 3 different rooms because we arrived to find them all dirty. We had reservations for 2 rooms/2 nights. My mother was on a walker & we had a difficult time moving luggage & going floor to floor(only 1 elevator worked). Finally got our rooms & our toilet wouldn’t flush. They said they fixed it later the 1st night. We had to lift the lid in order to flush-so that was considered “fixed”.

When we arrived, there was no longer a king size room available, so we received a room with 2 queens. We called earlier in the day to say we would be late. It took 1/2 hour to check in. Staff could not apply Hilton #. Next morning talked to manager - she could not print a receipt to tell us how much we were charged. She said she would call to follow up and give us 30,000 points - nothing. Not one thing happened as we expected. Very disappointing and will not stay at this property again.

Mini fridge did not work in room, chair was stained in a very unappealing way, ice machine didn’t work, outside doors did not lock for safety.

We were on the bottom floor next to the outside door and at night someone was smoking there and the smoke smell came into our room and I looked out the next morning and there were about 10 cigarette butts,we are allergic to cigarette smell so we left the next day instead of staying another night. Was not a happy experience and would not recommend to anyone

It wasn't this bad previously

Wasn't give the correct bill. Bill not itemized. New bill didn't show the days i added to my stay. No bowls or plates during one continental breakfast. No water in gym water dispenser. Staff/cleaning staff kept barging into room ignoring the do not disturb sign and not knocking first on four separate occasions. The front desk staff are pleasant (sans one) and do try to resolve the issues. New staff not being properly trained to NOT barge in while you sleep or bath in your hotel room/bathroom is terrifying, and sudden busy days caused the most issues. Only one elevator worked and the stairs sign discouraged you from using stairs unless its an emergency. Ended up waiting more than five minutes just to get from and to my room. Staff with large carts and guests were stuck waiting on the one day. I know these guys can do better because they have done better on previous years. I had to use the extra safety lock on my door to keep staff from barging into my room. I'd still get startled when the door was forced against it while being opened so I would hear a sudden, loud bang. I would call out and I would either here a sorry, or nothing, and I open my door to them quickly walking away to another room. I can overlook most other issues but I shouldn't have to question my safety and privacy. Train the cleaning staff. Make sure there's bowls and plates for continental breakfast. Had to eat out of a cup during one breakfast but I'm assuming that was due to the hotel being fully booked up.
