This was the first affordable hotel I ever stayed in that left the air conditioner in the room on at a reasonable temperature so that the room wasn’t scolding hot when you got there and you had to wait for it to cool down

I called saying we were going to be late checking in and they were waiting at desk with room key ready when we got there at 11:30pm. They were very accommodating with us getting there so late. Very clean place to stay.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. This motel is in need of updating window treatment and room carpet. Hallway was pretty.

Upon entering the room it smelled of mist or mold. Chairs in the room were stained. Lots of construction workers stay here during this the work week probably because of the price. But they have done a number on the cleanliness of the rooms. Would not stay here again.

The beds had very good mattress covers, and blankets. When staff interacted, they were VERY kind. One of the pillows had a large hole in it, with stuffing coming out. The front desk was often unattended. Breakfast had no protein options and there were multiple golf ball sized black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. I could tell it was family operated and the folks really were very kind but the quality just wasn’t there. All in all, we would have paid the extra $40 to stay in the other hotel across the parking lot.

Affordable and comfortable.

When I checked in the clerk was very friendly and told me about some of the local things to do. The bed was firm and comfortable and the air conditioning made the room very comfy.

This hotel is amazing, very clean, carpet looks new as well as bathroom, Beds were fantastic, comfortable. Breakfast was good common areas wete very clean.

I liked everything about my stay except the fact that I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Nothing about the place was ADA acceptable. I use a cane and managed, but it would have been nice to know.
