Optimist in Columbus.

The hotel was very nice. Got checked in and found the room to be very good. Loved the shower. Breakfast was good with waffles and cereal.

My room card kept not working so I had to go to the front desk multiple times for help and the front desk lady said that I was good thru Thursday night but when I came back Thursday afternoon I was told that I had to pay for another night

We needed just one night and booked just hours before arriving. Check-in was quick, given our receipt and keys by a very friendly hostess. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Grabbed a quick breakfast as we had an early morning event. Was perfect and would stay here again.

The staff was very nice but the bathtub didn’t drain it was up to your ankles and water and the phoned you couldn’t hear on the other end but both items was reported to the front desk so they’ll probably take care of that but it was an overall good visit
