Upon arrival, the rooms were not as I booked. There was no kind of accommodation nor change from management other than telling us to contact Expedia for false advertisement. Expedia mislead me on the type of rooms I had also. When entering the rooms leftover decorations, clothes, and trash were still in one of them. It was poorly cleaned and we did tell management but nothing was done. The only good thing about this resort was the location and beach walk. Pool was small and kiddie, hot tub was out of order, and we had to switch out our towels between a certain time just to get more. The staff and workers were very friendly though.

Great location. Really enjoyed our time here. The only issue was that the pool is located directly in front of the balcony, so you don't have a clear view of the beach, and you have the noise etc from the pool, if you want to enjoy a bit of quiet on the balcony. We would definitely stay at this location again just not in this unit because of the balcony location.

There was nothing unique about this property. I thought based on the Hilton name it would have been better. The I’ve machines were broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a ziplock bag of ice. One of the elevators was broken so you had to use the elevator in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and please consider an indoor pool for year round use.
