Nice location right off of I-20. New steakhouse opening right next door. Room on 3rd floor had suffered water infiltration and the popcorn ceiling had peeled off in places. The hotel pool was filled in with dirt, probably to cut expenses.

When checked in had to switch rooms before even getting settled in right at the check in time. The room was extremely dirty and run down.Requested another room same conditions but it was better than the Rm on the 2nd floor.

Toilet would not flush. The body wash and shampoo were substandard, Extremely thin composition having no weight in cleaning of hair or body. The hair dryer heating coals shorted out providing an electric shortage sound and smell. The popcorn covering on the cealing over the threshold between the bedroom and the guest room had at least a 10 inch area where the popcorn was coming off the ceiling. The darkening shade for the window were not working because they would not stay together. This was very important because the sun rose at the window that the darkening shades were at. And for whatever reason the key always gets deactivated when I stay at this location.

The hotel was clean. There were repairs that should be made in the room we stayed in. The printer did not work in the business center. We will likely be back.

My stay at this Comfort Inn was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong smell of mildew in both the hallways and my room. The carpet felt damp to the touch, which was extremely uncomfortable. I noticed large blue Xs marked on the hallway floors, which appeared to indicate recent or ongoing water damage. Inside the room, the lamps were rusted and dusty, and the bathroom fixtures were also rusted and clearly neglected. The condition of the room was far from clean or well-maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel advertised a pool as one of its amenities, but there was no pool in sight—just a mound of dirt where it should have been. That felt incredibly deceptive. At night, there was no one at the front desk. Guests were expected to ring a buzzer outside to be let in, but even after multiple rings, no staff member responded. I had to knock on the glass door to finally get someone’s attention—an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s in serious need of renovation and improved customer service.

Not clean enough for me. Filters in a/c unit absolutely filthy. Heat was on when we went in the room and it never cooled down. Shower leaks. Shower head is a whole mess. Wiped up the floor in the bathroom because of the shower leak and the rag I used was disgusting.

The showers were moldy all over, the front desk didn’t have their computers on so it took forever to check in. I asked for additional towels and was asked how I used my two already - a little rude about it. Overall, I would never stay here again.

The photos are false . Reserved hotel for the pool and when checked in the pool was filled in with dirt. The mgr refused to refund my money even for the days we didn’t stay because we checked out the next day. Horrible experience over all

Clean & quiet! Wish they would change the breakfast up it’s the same EVERYDAY-sausage & egg what happened to bacon or ham ? Also they filled in a very nice pool with dirt !
