The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We weren't expecting to have to stay another night, but they were very kind. The price was reasonable for being in the area. We were in town for extenuating circumstances.

Very quiet, clean, secure. It's a bit of a pain if you live in colorado springs you have to pay a $250 deposit 😬 however, that policy is what makes the hotel secure. The young lady working when I checked in (10pm on 12/3) was phenomenal, I think her name waa Alyssa she had lip piercings). She was very patient she was empathetic and I felt that she truly empathized with my situation. She provided EXCELLENT customer service and that is unfortunately uncommon. I'd stay again because of the hospitality.
