Didn't use the amenities. Went for breakfast at 8:30am and ithere was hardly anything there. Didn't seem like they wanted to replenish it for the few of us that were there. Other than that, it was fine. Room was huge, clean.

Everything was ok. The gift package with the soap and other amenities is no longer available at check-in now. The soap and lotion is in the room. I wish the gift package was still available. But overall everything was alright, slots were tight.

The body wash was great!

This hotel is stunning! So beautiful. Feels like you're in the French Quarter in NOLA without the outrageous prices! Rooms are spacious, beds and linen luxurious. I had one of my best sleeps ever in a hotel! In a great downtown location within walking distance to many trendy restaurants and shops. Not much in the way of breakfast so you may have to look elsewhere for that but otherwise perfect. Southern hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a clean place, this is not it, or a Marriott quality. The hotel has a strong musty odor, mattresses are worn and stained, A/C issues, animals are welcome here which is nice, but we noticed hair is up and down the carpeted hallways, the towels and bedsheets were clean though. Pool had no water, the laundry service are out of order. It appears to be a renovated extended stay place. The staff was extremely helpful and kind though, we appreciated their hospitality.

The hotel was very easy to get to. Easy access to interstate. Room was clean bed was good will stay there again
