No air conditioning, room was very warm and street noise loud so leaving the window open at night was problematic. We didn’t see that there was a fan in one of the closets until we were leaving which would have been helpful.

We were there in summer and were underwhelmed by the location. The atmosphere was stunningly high-volume, impersonal. But, if you want in-and-out, sure. It's clean and paid parking works well enough. Valet parking is a must as parking anywhere in town is a crap shoot. Breakfast was decent and the location is excellent. We had a Mountain View with partial lake views. We didn’t feel like we were missing out as we didn’t spend much time in our room.
