From the moment we checked in the staff member was very rude and was acting like we were bothering her. when we were finally able to get to our room we found it to be extremely dated and the furniture was broken in several places. We paid extra for a river view however the window were so filthy on the outside we couldn’t even see outside to enjoy the river view. And we paid extra for that! The windows were dirty and the glass sealants are penetrated so the vacuum seals are disrupted so there is a frosted haze covering most of all of the outside of the windows so therefore it obscures the view completely. The bathroom sink drain would not drain properly so the sink would hold water and the hot water in the sink did not work. The shower hot water never got over Luke warm temperatures at best and I took a shower at 10 PM and again at 9AM and was the same both times. The house keeping staff did not do a very good job of cleaning the room before our stay, the shower gel was empty and the other containers weren’t full as they should have been. I was very disappointed in this experience The Hilton should not have a property run this poorly! When we checked out I expressed the level of frustration with the situation to the employee but unfortunately he was not very interested and all he said was sorry to hear that. Will never stay there again!

Love that this was conveniently located on campus but we were disappointed that a lot of the campus was closed down. It was during a holiday. You could actually cook and keep groceries in the room we had but we were only there a short time, I was super disappointed the gift shop was closed. But we definitely plan on coming back. It was convenient though so I could meet some friends and family I hadn’t seen in while it’s not that far from the shops bars like chimes where we got to have a private signing by author Si Pham America Odyssey.
