We always stay there when we are in Sedalia!! Rooms are clean...the staff is very nice and helpful and it's so close to shopping! We have never had an issue yet!! Thank you so much and we will be back!!!

This is a really old motel that is falling apart at the seams. I had to clean our toilet when we got in the room. The walls were dirty in the room, there was a taped over hole in the bathroom door. My daughters adjoining room had to get a plunger for their toilet. Find a better hotel

Room was sufficiently clean, staff as ok, parking was available, bed was comfortable. Room needed some updating, Cot that was provided was very uncomfortable. No internet, minimal tv options. Room smelled musty/cigarette like.

Place was filthy. Sheets were stained, towels stained, toilet seat scratched up and missing paint on the seat, sink scratched up and stained, shower curtain stained. The only positive thing was the ac was ice cold but probably was blowing all kinds of nasty germs and mold into the air.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet. Definitely decent for the price! The only thing was we kept being told the pool would be open during our stay but it never was which really bummed us out a little.

The whole place is dirty! There was no food for breakfast except things that have been there awhile. The air conditioning didn’t work. Really needs a good updating. Would never recommend this place.

It was clean and met our needs. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. Our room had been renovated but parts of the hotel seem a little run down. I would definitely recommend it.
